Treeview Estates Retirement Village
Dobsonei have been Project Managers on Treeview since its inception in 2006. We have engaged and managed the main contractors in stages 1 to 3A and appointed the head contractor in April 2012. Dobsonei have built over 42 villas since being awarded the Head contractor role. We have also undertaken all civil works including substantial earthworks, retaining walls, services, and roads.
Project Highlight
Completing 21 – 3 bedroom villas in 8 months, including civil works, services, and roads. The design and construction of sheet pile retaining wall that saved substantial money and time to the project.
Have project managed and or built every stage over 12 years.
